The Dollar Bin
I've heard music all my life, but I was probably about 14 when I really started listening. My first mentionable tape (in the post-Weird Al period, and long after I lost my copy of "Thriller" on vinyl) was NIN's Pretty Hate Machine. There followed some Pearl Jam and Crash Test Dummies' The Ghosts That Haunt Me (gotta love the Superman Song). Soon thereafter I puchased my first cd player, and life was joyful indeed. Here I offer up the contents of my cd collection, in alphabetical order by artist, sometimes w/notes. Multiple titles by the same artist are listed in order of purchase.

(#) = Really random purchase
(*) = Major favorite
($) = Good band
(~) = All right if I'm in the mood
(?) = I guess I used to like that
(!) = Where did that come from?!?

Note: Most of the singles (especially those marked (#)) were purchased for $1, 50 cents, or 3 for $1. Thank you, Madhatter Records.
